Product-company salaries in India — 2026
Salary aggregates pulled from currently-open job descriptions at India's 18 product companies. We compute p25 / p50 / p75 bands per company × seniority, refreshed every 24 hours from official career pages. Only seniorities with at least 3 disclosed bands are published — single-data-point figures are statistically noise and we won't publish them as facts.

How we calculate these bands
Every 24 hours, ProdMatch's crawler fetches the official career pages of 18 product companies and extracts disclosed compensation ranges from the JD body via an LLM-parsed signal (comp_lpa_min + comp_lpa_max).
For each (company, seniority) pair we compute:
- p25 / p50 of disclosed minimums — what you can realistically expect at the low end.
- p75 / p90 of disclosed maximums — the upper end seen.
- N = number of disclosed bands feeding the aggregate.
Bands with N < 3 are suppressed. Compensation is shown in LPA (lakhs of rupees per annum) — the Indian-product-co convention. These are JD-disclosed figures; actual offers may include variable + stock components not reflected in the band.
